TEREC maintains offices in Atlanta, GA and in Orlando, FL. The Atlanta office is in mid-town on the Georgia Tech campus and is accessible by auto and by public transit (MARTA). The Orlando office is near the University of Central Florida. Air Force Base.

Visting TEREC in Atlanta, GA

Directions

The TEREC administrative offices are located in the Centennial Research Building (CRB) on the Georgia Tech campus in Atlanta, Georgia. The CRB is located approximately one mile west of I-75/I-85 on 10th Street. Click here for a street map of our location at 10th and Dalney Street.

Using MARTA

MARTA, the Metropolitan Atlanta Regional Transportation Authority, operates trains and buses in the core Atlanta counties. To reach TEREC offices by MARTA from the Atlanta Airport, buy tokens in the Airport MARTA station. This station is located on the west end of the terminal building, beyond baggage claim from the ticket counters. A single token is needed for each ride you take on MARTA.

When you enter the turnstiles, insert your token in the slot and press the button for a transfer. Pickup the transfer at the far end of the turnstile. Take the elevator or stairs up to the train platform. Any of the trains leaving the Airport station are appropriate.

Exit the train at the Midtown MARTA station and take the stairs or elevator up to street level. Most of the accommodations listed above are available as a short walk from this station or the immediately adjacent stations (North Avenue or Arts Center).

To continue to the TEREC offices in the Centennial Research Building on MARTA, transfer to a bus at the Midtown station. All of the buses serving this station (Numbers 12 and 37) travel directly down 10th Street to the Centennial Research Building. Give the driver the transfer slip and tell him that you would like to get off at State Street. You will exit the bus at State and 10th Streets by a Papa John's Pizza Parlor, one block east of the CRB.

Alternatively, the trip from the Midtown MARTA Station to the CRB can be a pleasant one-mile walk in good weather. Go west (left) as you exit the MARTA Station on 10th Street. Cross the Interstate and enter the Georgia Tech campus at the Coliseum on your left. The CRB is one block beyond State Street on the left.

Visiting TEREC in Orlando, FL

The TEREC office in Orlando is located one mile from the University of Central Florida, Orlando. Click here for a street map of our location at 3361 Rouse Road.

From the Orlando International Airport, TEREC visitors should follow the signs to exit the airport to the North and East. Follow the signs to the SR-528 toll road called the "Beach Line" (Bee Line) East. Travel east approximately 4 miles. Take Exit 16 onto SR-417 toll road (called "Greenway") north to University Boulevard (approximatelly 11 miles). Exit 37A onto University Boulevard East. Travel 1.5 miles to Rouse Road. TEREC is located in the Georgia Tech Research Institute's Orlando Field Office at the corner of Rouse Road and University Boulevard. The brick office building is on your right as you are traveling east and is just behind the Hess Gas Station and the Chick-fil-A restaurant. TEREC's office is on the second floor, Suite 210.
