F-16/A-10 VECTS Program
- Mission Planning with PFPS/FalconView to define the training scenario
- In-flight Threat Training located in EW Processor
- Integrated with the on-board systems with a closed-loop feedback to the aircrew
- Data Recorder Records EW Bus
- Mission Playback to debrief the trainees post-flight using NAVAIR PCDS
- DT/OT completed; fielding in November 2007
C-17 VECTS
- Provide an Integrated Threat View for On-board Systems (RWR, MWS, ABI/CBTII)
- Simulate Track Reports/Updates as Input to ABI/CBTII to process Message Reception (no change to ABI/CBTII)
- Pre-Defined Message Set using Real Threat Parametric Data which matches data used by VECTS for the On-board Systems
- Laydown of Threat Update Messages with PFPS/FalconView using same VECTS interface/method
- Remove Dependency on Radio Availability
- Program In-progress; Ground Demonstration Planned for 2007
