Mission
The Test & Evaluation Research and Education Center (TEREC) serves as a focal point for solving the problems of the whole Test and Evaluation Community. Leveraging the Georgia Tech academic environment and decades of T&E experience, TEREC helps create the future of T&E by:
- Advancing knowledge in T&E through research programs
- Spreading this knowledge by education and training
- Performing other services for the T&E Community such as hosting conferences and workshops
History
TEREC was established in 1995 by Georgia Tech Research Institute as an academic champion for T&E. An article summarizing the first five years of TEREC activities was published in the ITEA Journal in 2000.
